2. What are the hours at City Hall and the Treasurer's Office?: 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, except holidays. Secured mail drops are located in the Lobby of the Treasurer’s Office and Outside City Hall for after hours use.

Lower Burrell is located approximately 20 to 25 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
